June-July 2006: Stephen attended the Susan and Ford Schumann Film Scoring Program at the Aspen Music School and Festival in Aspen, CO. There he studied film scoring with Thomas Haines (Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music), John Corigliano (The Julliard School, Altered States, The Red Violin), and LA film composers Jack Smalley (Charlie's Angels [TV series], orchestrator - Conan the Barbarian, The Mothman Prophecies) and Jeff Rona (Homicide: Life on the Street, Slow Burn, The Legend of Earthsea).
